Take Care of your Tess Products
I want to know how to take the best care for my:
Leather Products
- After riding, always remove skin grease, hair and other dirt from the leather with a damp cloth.
- Care for the leather regularly with a cleans & conditioner and a leather balm. We recommend NAF or EquiXtreme products for this purpose.
- We have found that our leather does not respond well to EFFAX’s products. Therefore, we strongly discourage its use!
Swarovski
- Are your items with Swarovski damp after riding? Then dry them with a cloth.
- With a soft toothbrush, a drop of dish soap and lukewarm water, your stones will shine like new again!
- Prevent your horse from chafing or the front strap from hanging stuck in your closet.
Bits
- Don’t hang your bit back in the closet dirty. Rinse your bit under the tap or clean it with a damp cloth. This way, no dirt will be caked on.
- In the case of a sweet-iron bit: do not sand off the rust, because this is how it should be!
Clothing
- Wash your clothes and covers at 30°C.
- For clothes with silicone, do not use fabric softener.
- Sort your laundry well by color to avoid bleeding.
