Personal information that you make available to us for the purposes of our services, will be shared with this party. hosting2go.nl has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. hosting2go.nl is obliged on basis of the agreement we have with them to take appropriate security measures . These security measures include the use of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent loss of data.<\/p>\n

WooCommerce<\/i>
Our online store is developed with software from WooCommerce, we host our online store on an in-house server. We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of data as much as possible. These security measures include at least the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent loss of data.<\/p>\n

Web hosting<\/b>
Hosting2go.co.uk<\/i>
EXAMPLE: We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from hosting2go.co.uk. Hosting2go.co.uk processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. Hosting2go.co.uk has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Hosting2go.nl is bound to confidentiality under the agreement.<\/p>\n

Hosting2go.co.uk<\/i>
We use the services of hosting2go.co.uk for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. hosting2go.com does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all of our email traffic confidentially.<\/p>\n

Payment processors

For handling (part of) the payments in our online store, we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address and city information and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and as part of this, share (anonymized) data with third parties.  All safeguards mentioned above regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Mollie’s services for which it engages third parties. Mollie will not retain your data longer than permitted under the legal time limits.
Klarna<\/i>
For handling (part of) the payments in our online store we use the platform of Klarna. Klarna processes your name, address and place of residence and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Klarna has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Klarna reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and in this context to share (anonymized) data with third parties. 
Klarna shares personal data and information regarding your financial position with credit rating agencies in the case of a deferred payment request (credit facility). All of the above guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Klarna’s service for which they engage third parties. Klarna does not retain your data longer than permitted under of the legal deadlines.

For handling (part of) the payments in our web store we use the platform of MultiSafepay. When you place an order with us, our job is to get your package delivered to you. We use PostNL’s services to make deliveries. This requires that we share your name, address and residence information with PostNL. PostNL uses this data solely for the purpose of performing the agreement. In the event that PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL will also make your information available to these parties .<\/p>\n

We use the services of e-boekhouden.nl to keep our records and accounts.
We share your name, address and place of residence and details relating to your order. These data are used to administer sales invoices. Your personal data is sent protected and stored. E-boekhouden.nl is committed to confidentiality and will keep your information confidential. E-boekhouden.nl does not use your personal information for any purposes other than those described above.<\/p>\n

We use your data solely for the purpose of providing our services. That is, the purpose of processing is always directly related to the task you provide. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents we have produced to following your assignment.<\/p>\n
